Geyser + Bedrock

Java and Bedrock behind one DDoS filter

Your crossplay server, protected end to end. Geyser works out of the box on Infinity-Filter: Bedrock players join your protected Java server, and attacks hit our network instead of yours.

Starter €2.99 + dedicated IP €4.99, about €7.98/month all included

  • Works out of the box
  • Bedrock UDP and Java TCP both filtered
  • Paper, Velocity and Folia compatible

The short version

Why Bedrock is a special case

  • Java speaks TCP

Every connection carries your server address, so it can be filtered on a shared network.

  • Bedrock speaks UDP

UDP packets carry no address to route by, which is why most services only cover Java.

  • We filter both

Java through our shared network, Bedrock through a dedicated IP with UDP filtering at the edge.

What you get

Crossplay protection without the tinkering

No exotic Geyser configuration, no networking degree. You point your setup at us, we filter what arrives.

  • Bedrock players join seamlessly

Standard Geyser and Floodgate setups work unchanged, phones and consoles included.

  • UDP floods filtered at the edge

Bedrock traffic arrives on a dedicated IP where our network absorbs UDP attacks.

  • Java stays covered

One dashboard, both editions. Your Java domain keeps its normal protection.

  • Real player IPs preserved

Geyser supports PROXY protocol, so bans and logs still see real addresses.

Setup

Enable it in three steps

The dashboard walks you through each one. If you get stuck, the docs and our Discord cover every case.

  1. 01

Pick a paid plan and add a dedicated IP

Geyser support starts at the Starter plan. The dedicated IP is what lets us filter Bedrock's UDP traffic for your server specifically.

  2. 02

Add your Bedrock backend in the dashboard

Tell us where your Geyser instance listens. The panel shows the exact address and port to hand to your Bedrock players.

  3. 03

    Players connect, attacks bounce off

Bedrock players join through the filtered IP, Java players through your protected domain. Nothing else changes.

Pricing, upfront

What Geyser protection actually costs

Geyser is not part of the Free plan, and we'd rather you know before signing up.

No setup fee, no per-player surcharge, cancel monthly. Higher plans raise player caps and add features, but Geyser itself needs nothing beyond Starter.

Your monthly total

€7.98 /month

  • Starter plan €2.99
  • Dedicated IP required for Bedrock (UDP) €4.99

Compatibility

Works with your stack

We filter traffic in front of your server, so what runs behind the filter is up to you.

  • Paper & Spigot
  • Velocity & BungeeCord
  • Folia
  • Standalone Geyser
  • Fabric & NeoForge
  • Any hosting provider

FAQ

Geyser protection questions

The questions crossplay admins actually ask. Something missing? Ask on Discord.

Why does Geyser need a dedicated IP?

Java connections include the server address the player typed, so thousands of servers can share one protected IP and we route by domain. Bedrock's UDP packets carry no server address, so there is nothing to route by: each Bedrock setup needs its own IP. That is what the dedicated IP is for.

What Geyser IP do I give my Bedrock players?

Your dedicated protected IP (or a domain pointing at it) with your Bedrock port, 19132 by default. The dashboard shows the exact address and port to share once your backend is configured.

Is this a reverse proxy for Geyser?

Yes, in practice. Searches for "reverse geyser" usually mean running Geyser behind a reverse proxy so the real server IP stays hidden and attacks land elsewhere. That is exactly this setup: our filter sits in front of your Geyser instance and forwards clean traffic to it.

Does Geyser work with Folia?

Yes. Geyser officially supports Folia, and from our side it makes no difference: we filter traffic before it reaches your server, whatever software runs there.

Can I use this with a Minecraft host like exaroton?

Yes. Hosts like exaroton install Geyser and Floodgate for you in one click; our filter just needs a reachable address for your server to forward clean traffic to. If your host gives you a stable address and port, it works.

Why is Geyser not in the Free plan?

Filtering UDP requires a dedicated IP per customer plus edge capacity we can't share the way we do for Java traffic, so it can't be free. It starts at about €7.98/month total: Starter at €2.99 plus the dedicated IP at €4.99.
